Outdoor small projects

Hubby and I got this for a wedding gift almost 17 years ago.  It was handcrafted for us to use outdoors as a bench or table.  Isn't that a great gift idea?  It is currently set on our front porch and holds decor.  My neighbor had given me her left over porch paint to maybe paint the ceiling of my porch a fresh Robin Egg blue.  So...
I dry brushed it on the bench just to freshen it a bit.  It really makes that curved detail pop.
I can see in the picture that it just looks white-washed white. ;-)

Remember the curb side chair I got the other day driving back from baseball practice..
They had even cut the picket pieces for the seat.  I happen to have already potted this flower and I simply set it into place and it still needed something.
So, I whipped up a sign with all kinds of scrapbook embellishments.  Of course, it says BLOOM!  The little tag says..Happiness must be grown in one's own garden.
I had the green crackled empty sign from Easter clearance at Hobby Lobby last year.  I got 2 this year that are oval shaped and bigger the same way...ready when I need them. lol

I snagged these at goodwill a few weeks ago for $1 and $2.  Must have been a Christmas item.  I just used a can of spray that I've had and..

got them ready for All Star baseball season and July decor.  I found these picks in the Hobby Lobby patriotic area.  I imagine I can make a floral or candy bouquet and add the picks in for a patriotic feel.  Fun!!

that's it at my cottage for now..go see others here:
